We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager to join our leadership team. This role is critical for driving operational excellence, developing our talent, and executing on our strategic vision. Key Responsibilities:





Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and professional development. Empower team members by providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and opportunities for growth. Operational & Strategic Management: Develop and implement departmental goals, strategies, and operational plans that align with the company's objectives. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and the timely completion of projects and key deliverables. Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and drive informed decision-making. Performance & Accountability: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track team and individual performance. Hold the team accountable for achieving targets while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve outcomes. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a key link between senior leadership and the team, ensuring clear and effective communication in both directions. Collaborate with other department managers to achieve cross-functional goals and ensure organizational alignment. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Budget & Resource Management: Assist in the development and management of the departmental budget. Ensure optimal allocation of resources (personnel, technology, tools) to meet business needs effectively.


Who You Are:





A proven leader with a minimum of 5 years of management experience. A strategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into actionable plans and achieving measurable results. An excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a diverse team and influencing stakeholders at all levels. A strong problem-solver with analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficient in [mention general software, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, CRM/ERP systems]. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends
