Restaurant & Pub Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our Vietnamese restaurant and pub.


candidate will be passionate about Vietnamese cuisine, customer service, and hospitality, with strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations, satisfied customers, and a motivated team.





Supervise daily restaurant and pub operations to ensure high-quality food, drinks, and service.


Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coordination.


Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.


Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Customer Service

Maintain excellent customer relations and handle complaints or feedback professionally.


Ensure guests have a welcoming and enjoyable dining and bar experience.


Promote Vietnamese cuisine and culture through service standards and atmosphere.

Financial Management

Monitor sales performance and meet revenue and profit targets.


Control costs through efficient inventory and labor management.


Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, expenses, and profitability.Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.


Conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations.


Foster a positive and professional work environment.


Work with management or marketing teams to plan promotions, events, and special menus.


Promote the restaurant and pub through social media and local partnerships.


Support community engagement and customer loyalty programs.
