We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic engineering and production team. Key responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of technicians/operators, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
Plan and execute engineering projects, including setting budgets, timelines, and milestones.
Delegate tasks to team members and track project progress to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, manufacturing) to align on project goals.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to resolve challenges.
Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior leadership.
Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and products.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong track record of leading engineering projects.
