The Role: Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Restaurant Manager

to oversee all aspects of our dining operation. You will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for financial performance, staff development, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience rooted in high-quality European food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Excellence:

Manage daily front-of-house operations, including reservations, service flow, and facilities maintenance.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing service team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Guest Experience:

Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service and handle all guest feedback effectively and professionally.

Financial Management:

Oversee budgets, inventory control, labor costs, and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Menu Collaboration & Knowledge:

Maintain expert knowledge of our traditional European menu items

and be

able to effectively communicate with the Head Chef

regarding menu feedback, seasonal changes, product availability, and service execution needs.

What We're Looking For



Proven Experience:

Minimum of 5-10 years of managerial experience in a

European food dining environment

.

European Food Expertise:

Deep and demonstrable knowledge of Traditional European food, ingredients, and preparation methods

.

Communication Bridge:

Proven ability to act as a

liaison between the kitchen and dining room staff

for seamless service.

Leadership Skills:

Excellent communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.

Operational Acumen:

Proficiency in POS systems, reservations software, and standard restaurant administrative tasks. *

Availability:

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
