The Operations Manager oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of our dishwashing services. This role ensures smooth deployment of manpower, adherence to hygiene standards, and efficient coordination between clients, site supervisors, and internal teams.





Key Responsibilities:



Manage and supervise dishwashing operations across multiple client sites. Plan and allocate manpower according to daily operational needs. Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure service quality and compliance with hygiene standards. Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor performance and cleanliness. Liaise with clients to address feedback, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships. Oversee recruitment, training, and scheduling of dishwashing staff. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment. Prepare operational reports and assist in budgeting and cost control. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and food hygiene regulations. Support management in expanding operations and improving productivity.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations or facilities management (preferably in cleaning or dishwashing services). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sites. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools. * Possess own transport will be an advantage.
