Overview of Division/Department
Loan Operations & Agency (LOA) comprises of Loans, Guarantee team & Agency teams. LOA is responsible for booking loans, guarantees, invoive discount financing & securities into G-base, effecting payments via SWIFT, etc

Job Responsibilities
1) Lead the Agency Team in all aspects of agent deal
2) Check CP docs
3) Process loan drawdown, rollover & ensure rate is fixed according to each Agreement
4) Collect interest and disburse to Lenders (via SWIFT payments)
5) Liaise with Borrowers & Lenders for waiver, etc
6) Manage Agency Control Sheet
7) Check Reports
8) ATMS - maintain payment details & loan due date, etc
Job Requirements
1) Diploma / Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting
2) at least 5 years in Loan Operations or Agency role
3) Documentation knowledge
4) Knowledge of loan operations
5) Able to make SWIFT payments
6) Microsoft Words, Excel
7) Good command of wrtten/spoken English
8) Team player
