Objectives of the PositionResponsible for plant production guidance, effective production planning/reporting to ensuring materials availability for production processes according to defined production requirements. Manage continuous improvement activities to ensure all operations/manufacturing activities run at desired level of quantity, quality efficiency and costs.Main Tasks:

• DPL (Detail Planning & On-site logistics) and in warehousing activities, supporting daily production planning and on-site warehouse inventory management.
• Ensure the environmental, health and safety standards, compliance to all the site safety regulation, process and working guidance to protect personal safety and colleagues.
• Plans Formulants Supply and procurement for Import of Raw Material to Production site.
• Assists in the preparation of the annual expense and capital budgets for the assigned areas.
• Cooperate with production supervisors to audit physical storages timely to minimize deviations among actual storage and SAP system.
• On-Call-Service for all production/warehouse related matters.
• For new projects assists in execution of engineering, construction, installation, mechanical completion, commission, and plant start up.
• Purchase Order Management for Consumables
• Coordinate and lead consumable and production equipment planning & ordering.

Regional AI supply Planning for APA

• Perform AI supply and collaborate with SVC (Supply Value Chain) community to align on AI regional demand and ensure supply on time and in full.
• Co-ordinate with Regional Marketing and formulation planning team to allocate AI to sub-regions as required.

Regional Inventory Management & Supply Chain Coordination

• Drive implementation of applicable business rules (order lead time, minimum order quantity, upside/ downside)
• Central point of contact for site to regional Supply Chain RM (Raw Materials) / FG (Finished Goods) rough cut planning.
• Coordinate production rough cut planning reviews with Regional RM Planner, Regional Demand Planner, Production and Quality
• Coordinate monthly meetings with regional Supply Chain Team

Continuous Improvement

• Conduct Lean Six Sigma projects for Operations (Production / Logistics / Site Planning).
• Support continuous improvement activities for production and logistics.

Detailed Planning & On-site logistics (DPL) deputy & support

• Setup production master plan (Gantt Chart), together with production team.
• Work with DPL to closely monitor demand plan, optimize production master plan (Gantt Chart) and production detail plan (Batch Card) to minimize capacity loss and changeover cost.
• Based on site* production progress, monitor raw material delivery and consumption, and optimize the planning timely to ensure a continuous production schedule.
• Utilize SAP warehouse management skills to optimize processes, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure on-time delivery.

Primary EHS responsibilities:

• Conduct safety awareness training for vendors and service providers to production and warehouse.
• Oversee hazardous waste for used empty packaging and ensure regulatory compliance, labelling, containments, proper disposal, and documentation (E-tracking).
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, DCS and SAP will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Statistical Process Control, Non-Conformance Management.
• Experience in Chemical, Process, Safety knowledge & skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Qualification (min. Green Belt).
