Join the TNF Apparel FamilyYoull be part of TNF's sourcing development team, accountable for managing the Asia development process for our collaboration, energy, and co-branding projects. You will execute apparel projects involving high-profile athletes and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within and outside the apparel industry. Collaborative drops enable our brand to generate hype, create headlines, attract new customers, and boost affinity among existing customers.How You Will Make a Difference

• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Create strong vendor partnerships, ensuring that The North Face collaboration and energy products align with the brands design and future vision.
• Co-Create Strategies: Develop product development and innovation strategies with the brand collaboration and energy team in the USA.
• Support Senior Leadership: Assist the Senior Director of Product Supply in creating a multi-year sourcing strategy to facilitate growth and speed in this product category.
• Vendor Partnerships: Establish and develop partnerships with vendors to support collaboration and co-branding product initiatives and growth plans.
• Proactive Communication: Communicate with brand stakeholders, product development, and design teams to build and adhere to a product development calendar for timely samples, execution, and delivery.
• Drive Innovation: Enhance and advocate for vendors capabilities and use of new technologies to drive process and product innovation, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Manage Vendor Performance: Ensure vendor performance drives profitability for the brand and sustains shared goals.
• Engage Internal Stakeholders: Align with Planning, Global Material Supply, Compliance, Product Stewardship, and Quality teams on sourcing strategy, vendor capabilities, and brand direction.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Present data findings effectively using storytelling and visualization techniques to articulate complex information clearly and impactfully.

• Professional Experience: 5 years in Product Development and/or sourcing.
• Educational Requirements: Academic degree related to apparel, footwear, or accessories.

• Passion for Product: Interest in the apparel industry, following key trends and the latest developments.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of global trends impacting sourcing and supply chain strategies.
• Growth Mindset: Passion for encouraging curiosity across teams.
• Effective Communication: Experience influencing global stakeholders and delivering compelling presentations.
• Team Player: Foster collaborative and high-performing working relationships with stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of apparel or footwear development processes and experience managing diverse product portfolios is a plus.
