Job Description

The Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible to provide operations support and support MD office in the planning and implementation of inpatient related programmes. Manage resources and provide leadership to ensure smooth operation of hospital\'s daily functions, including special projects.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSPECIFICWork closely with multi-disciplinary team to design, develop and implement new services / programmes.Ensure issues related to inpatient workflows are resolved in a timely manner.Guide staff to rectify service lapses and develop alternative plans.Develop and monitor key performance indicatorsEnsure optimum utilization of resources.Identify service discrepancy and work on process improvement.Operations support for delivery of patient services in a pleasant and comfortable environment.Plan, develop and improve processes and patient flows within inpatient care services.Provide support to various projects and activities that streamline work processes and increase productivity.Work closely with acute hospital to develop integrated care pathways.Responsible for managing, monitoring and controlling identified risk and including the implementation of mitigation plans.Handle the patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.GENERALSupport the alignment of the department\'s goals with YH campus goals.Support staff development and learning.Support corporate activitiesPerform additional duties as assigned by Management.JOB REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCEBasic DegreeMinimum of 5 years in service industry/health-care related areasKnowledge of hospital operationsExperience in managing and motivating a teamPossess positive attitude, initiative and keenness to learn.Possess strong analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills
