If you are a dynamic individual seeking a new career opportunity, read further!Reporting to the Assistant Director (Stewardship), this role supports the Division\'s work in stewarding the relationship between Advancement Office and its donors. The Manager\'s key responsibilities are initiating and maintaining effective platforms that allow positive engagements that benefit both donors and the institution.The responsibilities of this role are:
- Support Advancement Office in gift renewals and donor stewardship events to continually engage donors.
- Assist in financial aid interviews and preparation of updates to donors.
- Produce donor stewardship related communication materials, such as donor reports, administrative briefs and emcee scripts for events, invitations, and letters.
- Provide support to other advancement services and processes as needed.
- Possess a good university degree with at least 5 years of working experience. (Prior work experience in advancement will be an advantage.)
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable and enjoys face-to-face meetings with donors and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail as part of relationship-building.
