Job Description


What the role is:We seek a passionate individual to continuously enhance the employee experience and organisational culture in IRAS. The role will play a pivotal part in shaping IRAS' future by fostering an innovative, highly motivated and future-ready workforce.What you will be working on:

  • Develop and iterate a shared vision of organisational success by aligning staff engagement objectives with IRAS' vision, mission and core values. Design framework(s) and execute staff engagement strategies to foster an innovative workplace culture, enhance employee engagement and mount change management efforts that support organisational and workforce transformation. Examples include Employee Engagement Surveys and Townhalls amongst other staff engagement/change management efforts. Maintain central oversight of staff engagement initiatives: o Review current initiatives, including measuring the impact of initiatives o Identify emerging international and domestic trends in workplace culture, employee expectations and future of work through feedback loops, environmental scanning and foresight techniques o Recommend positive interventions to Senior Management to improve the overall organisational culture and engagement. Organise leadership workshops to provide a platform for people leaders, including senior management, to have meaningful conversations and build a strong leadership culture.
What we are looking for:
  • Self-motivated individual, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Creative problem-solver with a passion for enhancing workplace culture and employee experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with staff at all levels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in digital engagement tools, statistics, analytics and visual communications tools. Tertiary qualification in human resources, organisational psychology, communications, social sciences, or related field is preferred. Experience in employee engagement, organisational development, or internal communications is preferred. We regret to inform that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
