Job Description

As a Strategic Planner, you will partake in Strategy Planning to shape business strategy, develop plans, analyze data and align goals to achieve the company\'s objectives. You will also play a crucial role in Strategic Investment and Merger & Acquisition activities of the company to maintain our competitive edge.

Your contributions will be instrumental in guiding our company through changes, fostering growth, and ensuring long-term success. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company\'s strategic decisions and drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

Understand the company\'s strategy and mission; conceptualize, plan, organize and track business cadence such as business reviews, workplans, senior management meetings, townhall engagements to facilitate Strategic Planning.

Carry out research on trends and landscape to identify threats and opportunities; present research findings and prepare reports on strategy ideas; interact with key stakeholders to communicate business plans.

Provide support and insights into significant organizational developments (e.g., shift in strategic focus, Mergers and Acquisitions).

Facilitate strategic collaborations with partners that will help create new capabilities and/or generate growth for the company.

Support management\'s decision-making processes.

Requirements:

Understanding of market research and data analysis

Knowledge of business operations and procedures

Strategic and conceptual thinking skills, along with strong analytical and organizational abilities

Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge and experience in information technology / cybersecurity domain preferred

Understanding of financial metrics will be advantageous
