Job Description
Responsible for supporting in developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to enhance the delivery of community care and improve population health in the western region under NUHS Regional Health System Office. Support corporate development & administration of the Operations division, including grant management and monitoring of funded projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning for community care operations
- Support development of framework and implementation of Healthy Precincts and its elements.
- Support corporate reporting & administration of the RHSO Ops Division
- Support in management of funding and monitoring of projects
- Other duties assigned by HOD
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Knowledge and experience in corporate/strategic planning be advantageous
- Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models will be advantageous
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical abilities and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Adept in people skills to foster buy-in and collaboration
