Summary: We are seeking an energetic and analytical professional to join the Growth Markets Strategy & Operations team. The team helps to support the Growth Markets team to accelerate the growth of our merchant portfolio. Growth Markets comprises a portfolio of the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest and most dynamic economies, including Brazil, China, India, Japan, Mexico, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa, amongst other.This role is specifically to support the Inside Sales business in Growth Markets. It is an exciting and versatile role with high visibility across the senior leadership and requires strong analytical and strategic as well as interpersonal and operational skills. You will help accelerating our growth by supporting the sales teams to deliver on their sales pipelines and by identifying and pro-actively driving initiatives within the organization to unlock new revenue opportunities.Core ResponsibilitiesLeverage internal and external data to provide actionable commercial insights that can deliver revenue growthIdentify new business opportunities and initiatives that will support the growth of our merchants and marketsDevelop, plan and lead cross-functional strategic growth initiatives under closely collaboration with multiple business functions to deliver and implement on the identified initiativesDrive accountability with sales teams to achieve their sales targetsCollaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Analytics and other regional and global business teams on strategic initiatives, planning and budgeting projectsSupport with internal management cadences, senior leadership presentations, sales plans, and other programsWork closely with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance and other teams to provide an overview of risks and opportunities in our sales pipelineRequired Qualifications/SkillsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a top-tier university in business, finance, or sciences5+ years work experience in consulting/corporate strategy/business management roles in multi-national financial service companies; ideally some past exposure/experience to a sales organizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong exposure to projects/teams across multiple jurisdictions and diverse culturesAbility to craft outstanding storylines using MS PowerPoint, think-cell and similar tools to convey ideas/plans to a broad set of different stakeholdersSolid financial modelling capabilities using MS Excel to build business cases and analyze complex data that help driving growth initiativesPersonality that is comfortable to operate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with changing prioritiesAbility to successfully navigate in a matrix organization where strong cross-functional collaboration is requiredProactive and resourceful nature with high level of intellectual curiosityUnderstanding of payments and relevant ecosystems advantageous but not a key requirementAdditional :Subsidiary: PayPalTravel Percent: 0Our Benefits:
