Responsibilities

Support the CEO in shaping and driving

group-level corporate strategies

across MVL's mobility (TADA), blockchain, and electric mobility (ONiON) business lines.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives

by aligning business units, subsidiaries, and project teams to achieve shared group objectives.

Orchestrate execution

of strategic projects from conception to delivery, ensuring milestones, timelines, and KPIs are met. Serve as a

central liaison

between the CEO, senior leadership, and business units to communicate priorities, resolve conflicts, and enable swift decision-making.

Monitor and track performance

of group initiatives, preparing clear reports and dashboards for the CEO and board.

Identify synergies

between TADA, blockchain, and ONiON to create integrated solutions and accelerate growth. Lead or contribute to

special projects

such as partnerships, M&A assessments, market expansions, or funding strategies. * Manage

stakeholder engagement

across internal teams, external partners, regulators, and industry bodies in line with corporate objectives.
