We are currently recruiting for a new team member with Supply Chain Management expertise to join us.

Key Responsibilities

You will leverage your hands-on supply chain experience to support our clients with:

• Performance improvement across procurement and supply chain management
• Support the delivery of core procurement services
• Procurement operating model strategy development and implementation
• Improve client value through cost optimisation projects
• Digital procurement and digital transformation
• Contractor management and safety

Other responsibilities:

• Work closely with other Sia Partners\xe2\x80\x99 offices and leverage our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge
• Lead business development and proposal efforts
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team
• Drive sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives

You will work with others to develop workable, pragmatic solutions and provide a lasting impact by transferring knowledge and building long-term capability for clients. The fresh perspectives you bring will help challenge the status quo and introduce new ways for our clients to add value.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Assessment and Strategy and experience in the following skills: Business Model Development, Business Performance Management, Transformational Outsourcing, and M&A Integration
• A proven track record of expertise in the delivery of procurement and supply chain projects
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field. Advanced studies / Post graduate qualifications are advantageous
• APICS CSCP certification is a plus
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Management Consulting and/or Supply Chain Management industry is preferred
• A genuine passion for supply chain, procurement, and process optimization
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, judgement, and quantitative skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective relationship management skills, able to build networks and influence stakeholders of most levels of the organization
• Advanced skills with MS Office suite
