Job Description

What the role is:

You assist in the supervision of logistics support services to units and ensure the proper accounting of assets allocated to these units. On this, you manage, supervise and carry out work processes to ensure responsiveness and compliance with all governing policies on the following domains: (i) Unit\'s Inventory & Asset Management, (ii) Supply Goods & Services via Finance & Procurement and Warehouses Supplies, (iii) Budget Management; and (iv) Upkeeping of Building & Infrastructure.

What you will be working on:

Your challenges lie in meeting the ever-increasing demands and service quality expectations in the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) to be comparable to the services provided in the same industries externally as well as ensuring compliance with all governing policies.

What we are looking for:

You must have a tertiary qualification with at least 3 years\' working experience in any of the mentioned domains. Possession of good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills is required to liaise with external agencies and contractors in the execution of daily work. You should also have good leadership skills to manage staff under your charge. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Candidates with no experience may apply.)
