We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.Group Wholesale Banking and Market Operations provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.Job ResponsibilitiesSWIFT Operations Roles

• Review & identify and E-Route Incoming SWIFT messages that are not auto-routed to Backend System and Department \'s own Incoming message queues.\xe2\x80\xa2 To route inward SWIFT messages to departments ensuring they are routed to departments by end of day.
• to retrieve AG\'s payment/Fixed Deposit instructions through MASNET
• to support e-Services to issue BIB Letters and IDs
• to verify signatures on documents against Banker\'s Signature samples,
• to execute SWIFT Administrator Role & SWIFT Security Officers Role,
• to perform SWIFT Alliance Gateway setup,
• to play role of SWIFT Public Key (PKI) Administrators,
• to perform Administrative Duties - compiling numbers for reporting and SWIFT Billing

Controls Role

• Maintain the quality policies and service standards in the team\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a high standard of operations control and compliance to protect the Bank\'s interest
• Ensure that the Bank\'s policies, guidelines, control and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to
• Ensure that areas of non-compliance highlighted by the auditors and compliance officer are followed up promptly and all staff are briefed accordingly to prevent recurrence

Customer Service Role

• Work with end users on queries related to smooth delivery of SWIFT messages to departments\xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality in the team, and drives these enhancement programs
• Inculcate an operations and service excellence culture in the team
• Check acknowledgements against own department\'s master listing delivered to departments

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to work independently with good working attitude
• Wiliness to learn and willing to work on weekends, overtime, holidays when required to provide support to system changes related SWIFT Ops matter
• Able to work without much supervisor and a strong team player
• Take initiatives to take on additional duties with shortage of staff during emergency willingly - a team player.
• Able to communicate department objectives and policies to the internal customers
• Ensure a conducive environment for the dissemination and exchange of information within the team
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in banking with exposure to various banking operations would certainly be of advantage.
• GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level and above.
• Sound knowledge of various banking operations, with experience in SWIFT messaging, SWIFT Alliance Access or Alliance Message Hub system would be of advantage.
• Good command of English with other languages would be an advantage.
