What the role is:You work closely with industry partners, HR policy and business owners, with the aim of evaluating and implementing MINDEF/SAF next-generation HR system with Software as a Service (SaaS) human Capital Management (HCM) technology.What you will be working on:On this, you work closely with the Digital & Data Plans team to chart and plan for the next-generation HR system implementation and optimise MINDEF/SAF\'s utilisation of the SaaS HCM features. You provide strategic guidance to our business stakeholders on maximising SaaS adoption, ensuring that our HR processes are at the forefront of technological advancement. In addition, you lead the assessment, selection, and deployment of SaaS HCM solutions that align with MINDE/SAF business objectives. Your challenges lie in managing the different expectations of the stakeholders and keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to offer insightful recommendations on leveraging SaaS capabilities in MINDEF/SAF. You must be able to handle ambiguity due to the complex nature of issues, as well as having good time management of work activities in view of the high tempo and dynamic operating environment.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resource or Information Systems. You must have good understanding, knowledge and interest in the latest technology development in the government and commercial sectors. Possession of excellent critical thinking, effective communication and interpersonal skills is required. Having a proven track record in SaaS technology, IT project management and/or business process re-engineering is advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
