:The role will also work closely with the Head of HR in other transformation projects such as developing strategy for future of work and overseeing project status.The scope includes the following:

• Develop overall Jurong Port Talent Strategy and leadership pipeline building, in alignment with shared values and employee value proposition.
• Design, review and implement Talent Management, Leadership Development and L&D frameworks. Review and develop leadership competencies for the next generation.
• Work with HR Business Partners to plan and execute the annual Talent Management exercise leading to individual development plan (IDP) for talent and be responsible for the subsequent IDP progress update.
• As part of building leadership pipeline, you will manage scholarships, internships and attachments which includes administration, tracking education sponsorship programmes, training grants and subsidies. This also include partnering with IHLs, relevant public sector agencies and JP\'s HRBPs on student outreach programmes in order to secure young talent in a timely manner.
• Manage full cycle of learning (including e-learning) from needs analysis, design, project management and logistics, delivery and evaluation.
• Partner with business leaders to identify L&D needs and engage internal/external resources to develop effective solutions in closing capability gaps.
• Plan and monitor training budget in conjunction with the Academy team.
• Develop and implement in-house orientation program.
• Select, engage, and manage external facilitators in designing and delivering training programmes.
• Obtain feedback and insights from stakeholders on the effectiveness of the various learning interventions and drive continuous improvements of the programme delivery.
• Work with the Academy team to keep training records updated.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management and L&D
• Professional certification in HRD or ACTA preferred
• Familiar with eLearning authoring tools will be an added advantage
• Experience in liaising with training accreditation bodies
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, meticulous and organized
