Job Description

The Manager, Technical Advisor is requested to work closely with the Project Manager of the Keppel Project to give the technical instruction and direction for the progress, schedule and work quality of Commissioning Work for MHI scope of supply in a safe, efficient and professional manner.

He/she is also responsible advising on the construction technology of the main equipment (Gas turbine, steam turbine, generator, heat recovery steam generator and auxiliary equipment) supply by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) of the Keppel Sakra Cogen 600MW Advanced Gas Turbine Cogeneration Combined Cycle Plant.

Location: Jurong Island

Job responsibility Construction Site

• Technical advice on the construction technology for Advanced Gas Turbine Cogeneration Combined Cycle Plant.
• Progress report to MHI head office in Japan
• Site coordination meeting with client and consortium partner
• Providing technical instruction and direction for the progress, schedule and work quality of Commissioning Work for MHI scope of supply in a safe, efficient and professional manner
• Representative among MHI\xe2\x80\x99s Technical advisor.
• Main window of MHI\xe2\x80\x99s site contact interface between consortium partner, client and MHI.
• Review and comment to records and certificates prepared by consortium partner.
• Attend site coordination meeting with client and consortium partner. Administrative function of MHI\xe2\x80\x99s Technical advisors.

• More than 8 years of experience in construction of Gas Turbine Combined Cycle power plant.
• Advanced knowledge of equipment installation, piping work and electrical instrumentation work for Gas Turbine Combined Cycle power plant.
• Advanced knowledge of gas turbine, steam turbine, generator, heat recovery steam generator and auxiliary equipment.
• Work experience at construction sites.
