ABOUT THE JOB
Reporting to the Vice President, BD & Account Mgt, Business Development, you will drive and lead the tender management support for regional opportunities in the APAC region:
Tender Analysis & Management

• Lead TAM support on tenders and renewals to ensure competitive and financially viable customer proposals.
• Lead regional and global tenders with coordination of value proposition, pricing and costing, solution design, capabilities, innovation & case studies in the Opportunity stage of projects.
• Create more effective and efficient bid/ tender processes by incorporating standardization and best practices.

Business Performance Reporting

• Financial modelling for P+L reviews, BU strategic initiatives and financial reporting
• Support BRM and IBP business performance processes
• Business analytics projects

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• Experience in tender management, pricing development & management, sales reporting and business performance reporting.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience
• Prior logistics experience, ideally in a 3PL contract logistics environment
• Knowledge of the Asia Pacific Region
• Strategic/conceptual thinker
• Knows how to work with cross country and cross-cultural adhoc teams
