Job Description
Job duties:
- Implementing & developing tender and SOP optimization
- Upgrading cost estimation knowledge and staff quality
- Managing Tendering and Estimation department
- Dealing with tender in pretender stage such as pre-qualification / tender briefing
- Preparing base cost estimation for tenders, cash flow & PNL forecast & Technical and Economic Risk Assessments
- Enhancing standard cost summary sheets
- Diploma/Degree in any engineering or construction related course
- 5 to 7 years tender management experience dealing mechanical & electrical projects
