Your responsibilities include overseeing, tracking the overall safety aspects of the operations and projects, by controlling the budget of operational, project costs and timelines.What do we offer you?A market-based salary depending on your experience and knowledge and attractive bonusesVarious growth opportunitiesWhat do we expect from you as a Manager Terminal?Degree in Engineering or related disciplineAt least 8 years experience in similar role and industryStrong and sound knowledge of operations, safety, product (Oil, Chemicals and Gases) and domain technical knowledgePossess business acumen and demonstrate awareness of underlying customer needs and prevailing industry/market trends and practicesPossess depth and breadth of general managerial experienceDemonstrate leadership and people management of large teamsDemonstrate Strategic Thinking and project management skillsStrong network and stakeholder relationship and management skillsStrong planning, organizing and analytical skillsStrong communication and influencing skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environmentYour core responsibilities are:Lead terminal management team consisting of Operations, Maintenance and Projects teamsAccountable for all activities in the terminal and this includes technical projects and its execution, to ensure they are within budgets, allocated time frame and in compliance with Vopak standards and regulatory.Drive pro-active service and safety culture in the terminalMaintain high standards of terminal housekeeping, equipment and facilities.Responsible for ensuring customer expectations and delivery are delivered and met with service excellence.Manage terminal operating / capex budgeting, scoping and implementationOptimize terminal efficiency to drive productivity.Develop Terminal Master Plan, encompassing technical projects, for future business needsLead and ensure execution of the terminal Master PlanResponsible for driving compliance with regulatory and company standards in the terminalsResponsible for driving continuous process improvements in the terminalDrive continuous improvements initiatives through innovation and value creation that aligns with the values of the company.Build strong stakeholder relationship both internally and externally, including any government bodies, local authorities and contractorsLead, manage and develop next level managers in the terminalsDevelop a succession pipeline in the terminal operations leadership team, including projects and the technical teams.Responsible for providing leadership to ensure the safe and timely execution of all technical projects are in adherence to Vopak standards and policiesWant to start as a Manager Terminal at Vopak?We are interested in learning more about you.
