The officer will be responsible for driving a range of projects that have substantial impact on Singapore's lifestyle sector. This includes driving industry development efforts to introduce differentiated retail projects with strong tourism appeal, and supporting STB's strategic industry stakeholders to grow our portfolio of concepts to enhance tourist visits and spend.

The officer will champion projects which build authentic lifestyle products and experiences. This includes preserving key tourism sites' ability to meet tourism needs, and growing and profiling local brands and designers such as through the Design Orchard Retail Showcase. The officer will work closely with the appointed operator and relevant government agency partners to achieve project objectives and deliver offerings that can encourage tourist expenditure and contribute to a vibrant retail landscape.
He/she will also support industry development of the lifestyle sector. As account manager to a number of strategic lifestyle accounts, the officer will engage these accounts to understand their business plans and drive the anchoring of first-in-world/ region experiential concepts including any cross-sector experiences in Singapore. The officer will be responsible for the development and execution of account plans which will grow the companies' business revenue and tourism contributions. This will include discussing plans related to other industry verticals, where the officer will be the main POC to connect these accounts to opportunities in other sectors.
Key relationships
The officer will manage accounts and relationships with F&B and retail brands, key associations and government agencies. He/she will also work closely with various internal teams for the marketing and promotion of Singapore's lifestyle scene.
