The Transformation Manager supports the CEO and the leadership team in driving SingPost's transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for gathering data, preparing reports, monitoring project progress, and providing insights to help improve operations, customer experience, and business processes.
Reporting & AnalysisPrepare regular updates and dashboards for transformation projects.
Analyze operational and performance data to support decision-making.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various initiatives.
Project SupportAssist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring transformation projects.
Follow up with business units to gather project updates and report progress.
Support the development of presentations and materials for CEO briefings.
Process Improvement SupportIdentify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements under guidance.
Help document business processes and standard operating procedures.
Support small-scale pilots or process change initiatives.
Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with different departments to collect information and ensure timely reporting.
Help organize meetings, workshops, and communication for transformation initiatives.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or reporting.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and data management.
Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
Proactive, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
