Reporting to the Head, Treasury, CapitaLand Development, you will support the Treasury team and manage all settlements and day-to-day operations and recording of treasury transactions.

Responsibilities

Review and approve settlement of repayment / rollover / drawdown of loans and other credit facilities and ensure accurate settlement of interest payments

Review and approve settlement of Treasury inter-company loans / requests and deposits

Ensure the efficient management of company\xe2\x80\x99s cash balances and bank accounts

Ensure compliance of all necessary credit requirements imposed by the banks or other credit providers

Review cash flow forecasts, track utilisation of facilities and consolidate reports for submission

Participate in any other tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements

At least 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience, with knowledge in treasury/finance function

Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Economics or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, familiar with SAP accounting software an added advantage

An eye for details, strong numerical and analytical skills and have good initiative

Good team player and able to work with people of all levels
