We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with requirement stakeholders to understand complete requirements of the system enhancements or projects
  • Prepare test scripts from the end-to-end test scope
  • Work closely with system stakeholders to prepare test data needed for the end-to-end test scope
  • Participate in user acceptance testing
  • Execute test automation script for functional testing
  • Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology, Finance and Banking or equivalent
  • Min. 3-5 years of relevant working experience in system project implementations of retail banking and channel initiatives
Good knowledge on testing practices and testing experience in retail banking applications such as core banking applications, branch teller applications, self-service banking applications, internet and mobile banking applications, mobile & digital payment solutions will be added advantage * Good knowledge/understanding of retail operation processes & system capabilities/functionalities
  • Tech savvy and familiar with internet banking, mobile applications and digital solutions
  • Able to multi-task with good time management skills
