About the Job
As part of the Communications team, this role partners with the Senior Manager (Digital Marketing & Experience) to strengthen the university's digital presence.
The Manager (Web Strategy & Governance) will lead the business ownership of SUSS' corporate website, ensuring it operates as a strategic communication and engagement platform that reflects the university's brand and supports recruitment and outreach objectives.
You will drive governance, enhance user experience, leverage analytics, and integrate marketing technology, working closely with the IT department (in charge of technical stewardship) and external vendors to ensure business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs are aligned.
This role suits a proactive and hands-on digital professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment and is excited to help shape processes and best practices for long-term growth.
