What the role is:As the Manager for the WSH Division, you will be part of the team to galvanise NEA in building a strong WSH culture, and to achieve and sustain an effective WSH management system. As a WSH analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and reporting on various aspects of WSH performance and indicators. You will also work in partnership with the line departments, WSH committees and WSH offices.What you will be working on:Key responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate data on WSH incidents, near misses and other related WSH performance indicators.
• Perform data and trend analysis and monitor WSH performance and KPI.
• Develop a comprehensive WSH dashboard to provide real-time visibility into key safety metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with line departments to generate and monitor WSH performance criteria and targets.
• Prepare reports and presentations on WSH performance indicators to apprise senior management and Board members.
• Manage WSH open reporting channel and to see through case closure, including trend reporting on cases.
• Attain mastery of NEA\'s incident reporting framework, and investigation process, and provide WSH advisory and support where necessary.
• Serve as main liaison to MOM and other stakeholders, as required, in the event of WSH incident occurrence.
• Implement, process and monitor WSH recognition systems and awards to recognise teams and individual officers for WSH excellence and performance.
• Support and facilitate the validation of ground compliance to established authorised documents, past incident investigation findings, risk registers with the Line Departments and external consultants. This includes championing external audits for ISO and bizSAFE certifications.
• Provide WSH advisory to line departments, WSH committees and WSH offices on adherence to WSH regulations.

What we are looking for:The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities:

• Good knowledge of the Singapore WSH Act, Environmental Protection and Fire Safety legislations, Codes of Practice and Singapore Standards.
• Possess at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the areas of WSH functions.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a WSH context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent writing, communications and presentation skills.
• Mature, independent and resourceful.
• Registered WSH Officer or Specialist Diploma in WSH (or equivalent) will have an added advantage.
• Trained practitioner of ISO9001/45001 will also have added advantage.
• As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
