We are looking an International Zoom Rooms and Workspaces Manager to lead, grown and develop our APAC Zoom Rooms and Workspaces Business.

Our Zoom Rooms team is a group of overlay specialists who work with our direct & channel sales teams to grow our existing Zoom Rooms business. The expectation around your role will be to add value to the sales experience (presale & existing) by leading our Zoom Rooms APAC business helping businesses grow with our Zoom Rooms product.

Zoom Rooms sales reps are subject matter experts on our Zoom Rooms and Workspaces products & the complexity within as well as the breadth of the competitive market & how Zoom Rooms solve customer/prospect issues.

Responsibilities:

Lead the APAC Zoom Rooms sales team to exceed sales and product objectives

Develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes

Be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to sell our Rooms and Workspaces technology and drive new business initiatives

Work strategically with the International Sales Leadership to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

Partner with Account Executives teams to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers

Partner with the International Channels teams to drive business growth

Work closely with internal teams to drive customer feedback and improve product

Utilize Salesforce CRM across the to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates

Required experience:

Industry experience with video conferencing room and workspace solutions

Leading teams of high performing Account Executives at a Saas company

Leading, or working closely with, overlay functions

Sales forecasting and reporting

Driving and implementing solutions to identify challenges

A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & team work

Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process

Demonstrated ability leading teams to accurately manage a multi-channel pipeline and forecast inSalesforce

Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen

Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

Salesforce CRM experience preferred
