What the role is:The Human Resource Team in MND works closely with its Family of Statutory Boards (of close to 10,000 in staff strength) to support MND Family-wide objectives and strategic priorities through a range of HR initiatives, across several spectrums of HR, such as talent management, key learning focus areas, and other HR policies. Within MND, it supports the manpower needs of the organisation, as well as the growth and development of officers.What you will be working on:As Manager, Human Resource Operations, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient management and administration of HR functions relating, but not limited, to recruitment, onboarding, administration of service benefits and exit management for MND employees. Your key responsibilities include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing HR operations reliably and effectively to ensure the staffing needs of MND HQ divisions are well met \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing and streamlining HR operational policies and processes for timely and efficient delivery of HR services \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the review and implementation of new HR initiatives and strategies including the use of ops-tech integration \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing desk functions as subject matters experts and providing advice to line managers and employees on HR mattersWhat we are looking for:
