Job Description

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals with a passion for making a difference in the aviation industry. You will be part of a team that ensures airport operations and aircraft flow in the aircraft maneuvering (i.e. runways, taxiways) and apron areas (i.e parking stands) run continuously 24/7.

This hands-on role will require you to take responsibility of a portfolio of operational areas and drive end-to-end ops planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting. Examples of portfolios include runway closure programme, wildlife management, obstacle management, gate capacity management, ground handler performance standards, contingency planning etc.

You are required to work closely with the airside shift team to execute the plans. To that end, you will provide operational guidance to the shift team, work closely with shift supervisors to ensure optimal execution of plans, monitor implementation and analyse factors that result in sub-optimal ops performance and formulate solutions to resolve them.

You are also expected to demonstrate ability in dealing with various stakeholders (e.g. airlines, ground handlers, Air Traffic Control, regulators and other CAG functions) and setting the agenda, navigating complexities across stakeholder needs and operational trade-offs without compromising on safety.

Requirements

• Good diploma or degree in any discipline with at least 3 - 10 years of relevant work experience
• Problem solver, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, result-driven, able to deliver under pressure and tight timelines
• Good writing and presentation skills
• Experience in airside/airport operations and familiarity with the airfield will be advantageous but not necessary
