We are currently recruiting for a real estate firm who invest in quality income-producing industrial properties in key gateway markets. They have a diversified portfolio of logistics properties, high- We are currently recruiting for a real estate firm who invest in quality income-producing industrial properties in key gateway markets. They have a diversified portfolio of logistics properties, high-specifications industrial properties, business parks and general industrial properties with total assets of approximately at about USD 4billion and above. You will be primarily responsible in the positioning of the assets as well as enhancement of cash flow and asset value. This will include planning, formulating and executing asset management strategies to optimize income and returns of the assigned portfolio. You will be preparing and managing annual budgets and reports which covers the financial performance of the asset, leasing status and rental collection. This will include assisting the Investment team during due diligence processes, exchange and settlement of potential Acquisitions or Disposals. You will assist in financial modelling of portfolio in Excel or whatever system applicable, review monthly variance reports to ensure adherence to budget etc. You will work closely with the Property Mangers in the daily operational matters to ensure the assets are properly maintained, managed and complied with relevant regulations, build strong relationship with customers and coordinate with external parties such as government authorities and brokers. Requirements: You are degree qualified in Business/Accounting/Real Estate and have at least 3 years of asset management experience. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
