Job Description
What the role is:Supports the Facilities Management Division
- Manages HSA\'s facilities / plants / buildings and renovation projects.
- Monitors and takes proactive actions to improve facilities plant/ equipment operating efficiencies.
- Conducts facilities/plant incident investigations and recommends preventions and process improvements.
- Study and draft specifications for building\'s maintenance tenders
- Reviews the quotes of ad hoc works before award
- Conducts reviews with outsourced vendors on their maintenance and performances for timely actions and possibilities to further improve processes.
- Background in mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in facilities maintenance, and retrofitting/replacement of M&E equipment
- Experience in M&E works for clean room/laboratory/factory or healthcare environment
- Experience in handling/managing fire safety and building security for at least 3 years will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of building codes & regulations
- Familiar with Government Procurement procedures and contract administration will be advantageous.
- Able to multi-task, handle stress and deliver under tight timeline
- Ability to present firmly to internal stakeholders and senior management
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and excellent communication skills
- Attention to details
