What the role is:Supports the Facilities Management Division
Manages HSA\'s facilities / plants / buildings and renovation projects.
Monitors and takes proactive actions to improve facilities plant/ equipment operating efficiencies.
Conducts facilities/plant incident investigations and recommends preventions and process improvements.
Study and draft specifications for building\'s maintenance tenders
Reviews the quotes of ad hoc works before award
Conducts reviews with outsourced vendors on their maintenance and performances for timely actions and possibilities to further improve processes.
Job Requirements
Background in mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in facilities maintenance, and retrofitting/replacement of M&E equipment
Experience in M&E works for clean room/laboratory/factory or healthcare environment
Experience in handling/managing fire safety and building security for at least 3 years will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of building codes & regulations
Familiar with Government Procurement procedures and contract administration will be advantageous.
Able to multi-task, handle stress and deliver under tight timeline
Ability to present firmly to internal stakeholders and senior management
Excellent organizational, problem solving and excellent communication skills
