Our client is a leading global real assets investment management firm with investor-operator capabilities and an AUM of more than USD 100B across different real assets categories and risk profiles in developed markets across the globe. They are looking to add a headcount to the Asset Management team and the role will report into the Head of Investments.Key Responsibilities
Asset manage existing real estate investments within the Singpapore portfolio, including wholly owned properties and joint venture interests:

• Propose and manage the implementation of strategies to drive assets values including value-add asset enhancement, repositioning, leasing, marketing, cost saving and other initiatives
• Produce and/or direct external property managers to produce asset budgets, business plans, strategy presentations for internal reviews and approvals
• Manage external property managers and other resources to deliver asset performance per the approved business plans
• Track, forecast and report the financial performance of the assets, including producing reforecasting models and hold/sell analyses, asset reports, recommendation papers, and other asset update presentations
• Maintain database of leasing, asset management, development, and other historical and forecast asset level information
• Work alongside Portfolio Management and other internal teams to manage the implementation of data analytics, sustainability and other platform and client initiatives
• Work alongside investment resources on asset acquistions and divestments as required
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as required

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field
• 6-8 years\' experience in asset management, preferably with another real estate investment management platform
• Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to independently asset manage direct real estate investments in Singapore. Experience across different asset types and strategies, including value-add or development projects is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of investment returns and financial information
• Proficiency in Excel modelling, including ability to perform asset hold-sell analysis and project returns forecasts
• MRI and Yardi experience are an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, work independently in a small team environment and proactively provide solutions
