Description:
You will play a major role in administering building regulations and developing new strategies that will shape a future-ready Built Environment Sector. You will be responsible for:
- Performing site inspections and the granting of temporary occupation permits and certificates of statutory completion; and
- Reviewing and developing strategies, policies and processes in relation to Building Control.
Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in consultancy and design.
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team and possess eagerness to learn.
- Motivated and fast learner.
- Candidates who possess professional certification, or strong technical and/or data analytics skills will have an advantage.
