  • Responsible for the companys overall brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency and aligning brand initiatives with corporate goals.
  • Conduct and analyse global market research to understand consumer/customer behaviour, trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Define the unique value proposition and positioning of the brand globally, ensuring it resonates across different markets.
  • Develop long-term brand strategies that align with business goals, including brand expansion plans and new market entries.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop global marketing campaign concepts that align with brand strategy.
  • Work with regional teams to adapt global campaigns to local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
  • Define KPIs to measure brand awareness, equity, market share and campaign effectiveness.
  • Foster collaboration between brand management and other departments to ensure cohesive brand execution.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is required.
  • MBA or specialised Masters Degree in marketing, Brand Management or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum experience of 10 years in marketing, brand management or related fields is required.
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to different cultures and markets is essential, such as past experience working in diverse geographical regions or in handling global teams.
  • Having the ability to see the big picture and anticipate market trends while embracing creativity and innovation, constantly seeking new ways to enhance the brand and engage with consumers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
