Position Overview:
The Manager/Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Generative AI Innovation will be responsible for developing, assessing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI solutions across enterprise platforms. This role requires not only strategic leadership and project management acumen but also a robust technical foundation in AI. The successful candidate will lead technical assessments, prototype integrations, and oversee the rollout of Gen AI solutions-ensuring they meet both performance and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:

• Technical Assessment & Integration:

• Evaluate and select appropriate generative AI frameworks and models (e.g., transformers, diffusion models) to address enterprise challenges.
• Lead technical due diligence and feasibility studies to assess Gen AI solutions before deployment.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and rollout of AI-driven prototypes and production systems.
• Strategic Planning & Leadership:

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that incorporate advanced generative AI to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-agency partners to align AI initiatives with broader public policy objectives.
• Innovation & Solution Deployment:

• Drive the integration of AI research into scalable digital solutions, ensuring robust data governance, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Establish a technical roadmap for continuous improvement of AI systems and tools, leveraging best practices and emerging trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Management:

• Engage with industry partners, technology vendors, and government agencies to foster collaborative innovation and accelerate Gen AI adoption.
• Organize technical workshops and seminars to enhance AI literacy among stakeholders and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Project & Team Management:

• Mentor and manage cross-functional technical teams to deliver complex AI projects on time and within scope.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI projects and monitor their progress, making technical adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

• Educational Backgroun

• Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Technical Expertise:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in digital transformation, with a strong focus on generative AI technologies.
• Proven ability to assess, design, and implement AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment.
• Hands-on experience in software engineering, data analytics, and system integration specific to AI projects.
• Leadership & Communication:

• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaborative partnership management within a public sector or large-scale enterprise setting is preferred.
