Job Description

We are working with a leading global real estate investment and development group to identify a senior technical professional to join their growing team. This role will provide technical expertise, solutioning, and industry insights across a diverse portfolio of assets, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and innovation in building services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to portfolio teams on M&E systems, structural issues, and building defects.
- Review and propose solutions for end-of-life replacements, repairs, and conversion works across the asset portfolio.
- Lead and manage defect rectification and conversion projects, ensuring delivery to asset objectives, standards, and budgets.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and procurement on project execution and technical solutions.
- Review and evaluate building proposals and designs for both existing properties and new developments.
- Oversee repair and maintenance budgets, capital expenditure planning, and long-term asset lifecycle strategies.
- Champion new technologies, automation, and sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and operational performance.
- Facilitate engineering forums to align practices and showcase innovations across the group.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 10 years' experience in building facilities management, project management, and fit-out/integration works.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more M&E areas, with proven ability to resolve complex building issues.
- Experience with GRESB, WELL certification, Green Mark, or Fire Safety Management will be an advantage.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
