What the role is:As a Manager/Senior Manager, Finance in the Student Development Curriculum Division (SDCD), you will be leading a team of officers in the areas of finance and general administration to support the programmes and initiatives run by the division.What you will be working on:

• Manage the budgeting and procurement of goods and services for the division, which include the preparation of budget proposals, financial reports and contracts, and advising officers on finance-related matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise briefing, sharing and training sessions for officers to enhance their competencies in finance and procurement matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather, review and analyse finance-related data for decision making \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive efforts in process re-design including digital technology adoption and change management to achieve greater efficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead, guide and develop a team of officers to enhance finance and procurement efficiency to achieve administrative excellence and provide high standards of service to stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of working experience in finance and/ or procurement \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong service-excellence mindset with good organisation and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player with the ability to lead, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 A resourceful, meticulous and self-motivated individual In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
