What the role is:At Family Life Group (FLG), our mission is to build strong and resilient families, and support them through all stages of life towards the vision of making Singapore a great place for families. The Services Division administers Government services and schemes that enable and encourage family formation. The Baby Bonus and Leave Branch administers the Baby Bonus Scheme and the Government-Paid Leave Schemes (GPLS), which are key initiatives to support Marriage and Parenthood.What you will be working on:As the Product Manager, you will lead the development and improvement of the Government Paid Leave Portal (GPL Portal) and related service delivery channels. This includes (i) translating operational policy directions and operations requirements into GPL Portal\'s system parameters and (ii) ensuring the GPL Portal is developed as a user-friendly and accessible services for parents and employers. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be part of the team involved in product development work involving engineers, designers, and policy owners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Areas of focus include: o Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to understand the scheme requirements/criteria. o User research to identify new opportunities and improvements to better serve the needs of employers and parents. o Translate findings from research into potential features to be developed. o Develop and maintain product backlog with the System team through prioritising of features/enhancements and tracking overall progress to ensure alignment to policy direction and outcome metrics. o Work closely with engineering team to translate prioritised requirements into actionable technical specification for development and implementation.What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of user-centric product design and research, and agile methodologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good inter-personal skills working with key stakeholders in and across public and private sectors \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience of at least 3 years in product discovery and development \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary qualifications
