What the role is:
The Indian Heritage Centre (IHC) managed by the National Heritage Board, traces the history of the Indian and South Asian community in the Southeast Asian region. We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to join the IHC as Manager / Senior Manager, Marketing & Partnerships. The ideal candidate is passionate about cultural storytelling, audience engagement, and content-led marketing, with a strong ability to build brand presence through compelling campaigns and partnerships.
What you will be working on:
With a primary focus on driving integrated marketing and content strategies, the role also supports on-ground partnership development to strengthen IHC's presence within the precinct and the wider community. Youwill lead content production across platforms, manage campaigns, grow our digital ecosystem, and work closely with stakeholders to increase museum footfall, programme participation, and brand visibility.
Marketing, Content & Digital Strategy
Lead the ideation, planning, and production of content across platforms (video, social, web, eDMs, and on-site) to increase museum footfall, programme participation and IHC brand visibility.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for all museum content including exhibition, collections, programmes etc, working with internal and external stakeholders to drive visitorship and engagement.
Oversee the content calendar and creative pipeline, ensuring a consistent brand voice, high-quality deliverables, and alignment to campaign goals.
Produce social videos, reels and/or campaign collaterals in-house and liaise with vendors or freelancers as needed for larger projects.
Champion audience-first content by leveraging data insights, platform trends, and cultural relevance to increase reach and participation.
Manage IHC's social media accounts and digital platforms to support both online engagement and on-site conversion, optimising performance through community engagement and timely, relevant content.
Work with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful assets, video campaigns, and ad placements that align with IHC's identity.
Track campaign performance and digital analytics to inform future strategy, providing quarterly reports and recommendations.
Maintain and manage digital marketing tools, vendors, and assets to support long-term growth and innovation.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Support the development and implementation of brand-aligned partnerships with on-ground stakeholders, including community groups, precinct businesses, attractions, cultural institutions, schools, and corporate sponsors to drive footfall, awareness, and engagement.
Work closely with precinct partners to co-develop and execute collaborative programmes, activations, and outreach activities that reflect the centre's community focus.
Coordinate on-site activations, festival tie-ups, and community engagement efforts in conjunction with exhibitions or open house events, ensuring smooth execution and meaningful audience experiences.
Draft partnership proposals, presentations, and outreach plans to support joint programming, sponsorship discussions, or brand collaborations.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure partnership activities are seamlessly integrated into IHC's broader visitor experience and operational workflows.
Represent IHC at external meetings to strengthen relationships and uncover new collaboration opportunities.
