What the role is:You will be supporting WSG\'s efforts in helping individuals better plan and navigate their career journey by increasing the accessibility of career guidance through partnerships and the development of new initiatives.What you will be working on:As a Partnerships Manager, you will:Conduct market research to identify potential partners and collaboration opportunitiesEvaluate and assess potential partners based on strategic fit, mutual interests and alignment with business objectivesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop mutually beneficial activities/projectsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partnersWork with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint marketing/programme-related initiativesCoordinate the execution of partnership activities/programmes/projects to ensure successful outcomesAnalyse partnership results, identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimise partnership outcomesPrepare and present reports on status and impact of partnerships to key stakeholdersWhat we are looking for:RequirementsYou should have the following work experience and knowledge:Relevant experience in areas such as business development, partnerships and project/programme managementGood understanding of and interest in Singapore\'s general business environment and manpower issues. Knowledge of the career guidance/coaching industry will be beneficial.Familiarity and experiences in MS Office software especially Excel and PowerPoint preferred.You should possess the following skill sets:Stakeholder Engagement and Business Development: Capable of developing and maintaining strong engagement and relationships with various profiles (from C-suites to grassroots) and able to design innovative ways for leads acquisition and drive new and existing partnerships to meet organisational goals.Communication: Capable of delivering clear and effective written and oral communication to effectively engage stakeholdersAdaptability and Problem-Solving: Able to adapt quickly to changes and apply critical thinking to problem-solve resourcefully and making appropriate judgement based on the circumstances of each case.Project Management: Able to meet and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality and have good project management skills, with meticulous attention to details and numerical accuracy.Personal Effectiveness: Able to work independently, is a self-starter, can manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.About Workforce Singapore:Workforce Singapore (WSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
