What the role is:
The Resource and Performance Management team works closely with MOM senior management, MOM departments and Statutory Boards to ensure resources are allocated strategically in support of MOM's strategic outcomes and in line with MOF directives. The team also manages MOM's organisational health, performance and risk management, including taking timely interventions to drive and improve it so that MOM can effectively fulfil its mission and vision.
