What the role is:
The Strategy, International & Research (SIR) Directorate leads MSF's efforts in strategic planning, transformation, international engagement, research, and data analytics to achieve its long-term goals. The Systems Governance & Operations Policy (SGP) Branch under the CaseCentral Product Office (CCPO) manages the governance and development of ICT system enablers. These systems support the social service landscape by enhancing operational effectiveness and ensuring alignment with Government Instruction Manuals (IM) and data governance policies.
What you will be working on:
1. Policy and Operational Framework Development o Collaborate with MSF divisions and partner agencies to co-develop operational policies and frameworks. o Ensure alignment with strategic and operational needs, and national data governance standards. 2. Cross-Agency Data Sharing and System Integration o Facilitate data-sharing arrangements and interfaces across public sector agencies. o Translate requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans. 3. System Development and Enhancement o Support system enhancements and new developments. o Coordinate requirements gathering and implementation efforts with stakeholders. 4. System Operations Management o Oversee daily system operations and performance. o Develop SOPs and manage issue triage and resolution with vendors and tech teams.
