Job Scope:

• Lead a team of teachers and Customer Service.
• Drive process standardization and improvements.
• Oversee the operation and planning for the company
• Lead the team towards achieving strategic goals and expanding the company business
• Collaborate with the stakeholders in Singapore and HQ to formulate strategic plans
• Lead the team in executing high-quality work to achieve performance targets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and management in the education OR training sectors required.
• Candidate with prior experience in founding, managing, or operating English education institutions can apply too
