Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the import and export of photovoltaic ribbon, electrical wire, and related products.
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and Singapore laws.
Build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships, particularly with overseas partners in China and other key markets.
Provide leadership to senior management and operational teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings both locally and overseas.
Identify new opportunities for market expansion and product diversification.
Provide regular business performance updates to the company's stakeholders.
Position Requirements
Minimum 5 years of senior management experience, preferably in international trade, supply chain, or related industries.
Proven experience in managing import and export businesses within Southeast Asia and South Asia markets, with established knowledge of trade regulations and operational practices in these regions.
Strong familiarity with photovoltaic materials, metal products, or electrical components industry is an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin are required, as the role involves frequent engagement with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, customers, and management.
Ability and willingness to travel overseas regularly to oversee supplier relationships, customer development, and market expansion.
Strong financial literacy with experience in handling budgets, trade contracts, and cost management.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in guiding cross-border teams and achieving growth targets.
