Our client is a dynamic, PE-backed technology organisation operating at the intersection of B2B2C services and digital marketplace innovation. As they continue their growth journey across Asia, they are seeking a Managing Director to lead their Singapore operations.
This is a rare opportunity for a proven country leader to take full ownership of an established business, reporting directly to the Group CEO. You will manage a cross-functional team of 150 employees, including 10 senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and all key corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L accountability for Singapore, with a mandate to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market leadership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a culture of innovation, execution, and accountability.
• Shape and deliver local strategy while aligning with global business objectives.
• Guide the evolution of the platform and commercial model--ideally with experience in digital transformation or marketplace environments.
• Work closely with investors and global stakeholders, delivering data-driven insights and clear strategic direction.
• Scale the business across multiple verticals and drive continuous improvement across the customer and partner experience.

Candidate Profile:

• A seasoned country manager or business unit leader, with experience running a business of SGD 30 million+ revenue.
• Strong track record in scaling or transforming tech-driven businesses, ideally within a B2B2C or platform model.
• Deep understanding of what it takes to build, grow, and operate in a PE-backed environment.
• Commercially astute, hands-on, and entrepreneurial--comfortable rolling up your sleeves while setting strategic direction.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams through periods of growth or change.
