The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the company's operations, growth, and profitability. The role involves developing business strategies, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and driving the organization toward achieving its mission, vision, and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide vision, direction, and leadership to achieve company objectives. Develop and implement business strategies and policies approved by the Board. Qualifications & Requirements:
